Christus Vincit Academy will provide education through a Catholic lens that will instill into its students the values and education they need to create and enrich a Catholic culture throughout the greater community.
At Christus Vincit Academy, we seek to enhance home based virtual education through Catholic culture, solid curriculum, and support for students and parents; thus our students develop the intellectual and spiritual abilities to establish Christ's kingdom here on earth through preparing students for any vocational path.
This is accomplished by providing an individualized, standards based curriculum plan for each student. Our teachers, staff, administrators and board will encourage students to seek their God given vocation with their curriculum plan as a pillar of support.
Chelsea & Alex Sommers
Founders of Christus Vincit Academy
Christus Vincit Academy was started by a teacher and home educating mother of eight, who saw a need in the Wisconsin community of Catholics to support those who want their children to learn from the comfort and security of their own home.
Chelsea Sommers, an Elementary licensed educator, with her husband, who is a licensed administrator, formed a vision that would strengthen Catholic education and foster the Catholic culture throughout the state. They witnessed families who were in need of help and support with their students. Around them were families who felt like they couldn’t homeschool and knew that with proper guidance and support the dream of Catholic education at home and the flexibility and opportunity that comes with it, could be a fulfilling reality for many more families.
They chose to take that challenge and run with it, aiming to enhance the Catholic culture and educational opportunities for many students throughout the state.
